What is your shipping policy?
We take as much care in shipping your product as we do in making our handmade specialty confections. We offer Express (1-3 day) and Standard (3-7 day) shipping. You can also specify a delivery date that works best for you. In order to ensure year round premium quality upon receipt, we use an expedited Carrier Service (Next day or Second day Air) for states outside our standard 2 day delivery radius. Please keep in mind, we do not ship over a weekend in warm weather months (May-September).
What if I want to order something that is not listed on your on-line shopping section?
At this time, what is listed in the on-line shopping section is what is currently available. We are continually updating and plan to bring additional choices for your selection. You may also e-mail your zip code for a store in your area that may be able to service your special needs. If your favorite shop currently does not carry the product, you can have them call or e-mail us.
What are your accepted payment methods?
We accept MasterCard & Visa and Discover credit cards.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Typically orders are shipped within 1-3-business days of receipt. Please note: During the Fall/Winter holidays it may take up to 7 days to process, as this is our busiest time and the full line is made by hand.
