FAQ

Q: Where are your products made and how do you ship them?

A: All Angelic Gourmet products are handmade fresh to order and shipped from our facility in Naples, NY. We take as much care in shipping your product as we do in making our specialty confections. We ship FedEx, UPS or USPS around the world.

Q: What if I am local?

A: If you are local to the Naples/Finger Lakes area, use coupon code LOCAL at checkout for store pick-up (8629 State Route 21 South, Naples, NY 14512).

Q: What about hot weather shipping?

A: Due to the nature of our products, we monitor the weather prior to shipping. Cold pack insulation is required when temperatures exceed 78 degrees (typically May through September). Please fee free to contact Customer Service with any questions or for a freight quote.

Q: What are your accepted payment methods?

A: We accept MasterCard & Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards. You may also send a check to prepay for any order.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A: Typically orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt. Please note: during the Fall/Winter holidays it may take up to 7 days to process orders, as this is our busiest time and our full line is hand-made, requiring additional time to ensure superior quality.

Q: What is your privacy policy?

A: We take privacy very seriously and will never sell, rent or disclose your personal information. For a full copy of our privacy policy please e-mail customercare@angelicgourmet.com.

Q: Do you create customized items?

A: Yes, we can private label, use custom colored ribbon to match an event, and even personalize ribbon with your information (i.e. wedding date and names). You can call us toll free at 1.800.294.0947 or e-mail us at customercare@angelicgourmet.com with your specific needs and we will be happy to discuss options. There is a $200 minimum order for all customizations.

Q: Are your products certified Kosher?

A: Yes, our chocolate line is certified Kosher through Star-K supervision.  Each item is Kosher Dairy.

Q: What are your refund and return policies?

A: If a return is needed, a request for a return authorization number is required for a refund. Product replacement and/or credit will be determined.  Any request must be made within 3 days of receipt of the order.

Any products purchased through Angelic Gourmet that are produced specifically to your specification (customs/private label) are nonrefundable. Products that are damaged in shipment must be returned in their original packing to:

If any order is returned due to insufficient/incorrect address information or address change, the product(s) will not be replaced nor refunded.

One final note about accuracy of your order
We strongly recommend checking your order confirmation for accuracy. Angelic --–––Gourmet is not responsible for –

  • Chocolates or other items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender
  • Unsuccessful deliveries because the recipient was not present at the time of attempted delivery at address supplied by customer
  • Shipments refused by the recipient
  • Shipments that were delivered late due to weather delays affecting the carrier.
